The machine is studied for the automation of the productive cycle of earrings, round and oval bracelets.
In a traditional cycle a cylindrical spiral of bent wire or tube comes cut on a side in order to form the loose links; these, one by one, come loaded manually in a small press, usually on a manual one , in order to eliminate the course to spiral;
at last with a new manual process and using one circular saw, the operator does two radial cuts, obtaining therefore the center of the gap.
It is obvious as it is possible to render more efficient such process automating the main working phases and to such scope it has been developed machine RM2. With it is possible to limit in meaningful way the manual process and the shift of the material and to reduce the time of the cycle combinating the two working phases of stamping and cut of each link.
Starting from single link cut from spiral, an automatic loading system provides to feed the stamping and straightning press; in parallel with the phase of stamping and therefore the at same time, two circular saws execute the cut of the circular gap; at last with the download of the material the cycle of the machine is concluded.
Obviously the cut is adjustable in amplitude for a maximum of 180° and in position in order to obtain a radial or tilted cut
