Machine producing welded tube from strip (possibility of core insertion). Tube diameter from 3 to 15mm. Strip thickness from 0.15 to 1 mm.
This TUBE-FORMING PROFILING MACHINE is planned to produce welded metal tubes of any dimension and round shape/section starting from metal plate.
In order to carry out the above mentioned procedures this machine is equipped with four pair of rollers with adjustment handwheel and welding unit. The start plate must have a fixed width for the whole of its length in order to get the best quality of the produced tube.
The welding of the tube is performed through fusion by means of an electro-welding machine. In order to avoid oxidation, the welding environment must be oxygen free; welding process is carryed out by use of inert gas like ARGON.
Minimum tube size: Ø 3 mm
Maximum tube size: Ø 15 mm
