Limbering machine for chains

Machine entirely constructed in steel for the limbering of linear, graduated, empty or massive chains.

The chain comes limbered during the passage in 3 braces of motorized small wheels, whose movement, is vertical that horizontal, completely independent and they are controlled in digital way.

The pressure exercised from the small wheels on the chain is obtained through pneumatic pistons with adjustable pressure. It takes advantage itself of 4 motors to variable speed, of which 2 of pulling and 2 of limbering.
