Automatic Ball Rolling Machine (small version) is a machine for the automatic calibration and rolling of hollow metal balls.
Balls are automatically blown from the bowl feeder installed on top of the machine and driven to a set of rolling discs where calibration process is carried out. Finally, finished products are pulled out into a collecting tank.
The PLC system installed in the machine allows the setting of several parameters like starting and target point, number of spins, reduction steps, speed parameters, number of balls to load and many others.
The machine is specificly designed for calibrating and rolling balls up to Ø 6 mm.
