The machine is supplied with a special kinematic device with variable ratios to calender strips in order to produce oval earrings or bangles with the possibility to engraving/designing strip during the calendering process.
The desired shape is obtained thanks to the moulding of the upper roll of the calender. The minimum dimensions to be wound are of 14x20 mm, whereas the maximum width of the strip is 30 mm.
The engraving/designing process is performed between the round lower roll (female) and the upper oval roll (male).
A pneumatic system allows the lift-lowering of the oval roll driven by a geared motor with fixed rotation number. The lower round roll is driven by an adjustable-speed motor with variable rotation number.
