Automatic machine for the application of balls on chain from strip with different shapes: spherical, oval, drops (etc..).
Ball diameter from 1.8 to 6mm.
The Rosary Chain machine, is aimed at producing a chain made up of wire and beads (this is called Rosary) starting from metal chain having a fixed diameter and metal strip having a fixed width The machine gives the possibility to set two different types of ball pitch.

Entirely made of steel, the machine fixes balls on any type of chain, as Gourmet chains, Box chains, Snake chains, Cable chains etc. in different shapes. Ball diameter can be changed from 1.8 mm to 6 mm range by the simple substitution of the stamping dies.
The balls can be made from plate or soldered tube and their surface can be smooth or with lines.
The double setup pitch let to make different layout patterns of the beads on the chains.
