Engraving machine for wire and empty or solid tube. Wire diameters from 0.50 to 8mm.
Engraving machine was planned and built to carry out KNURLING procedures on metal wires. This procedure is performed by means of 2 or 3 knurling tools installed on the rotating spindle while the wire is being driven by the downcoiler.
The rotating spindle is driven by means of a mechanical adjustable speed motor, whereas the downcoiler is driven by a geared motor. The uncoiler is loose.
The parts of engraving machine are the following:
