Automatic bayonet pins machine
This machine is planned to produce and assemble bayonet pins directly from metal wire.
The working cycle is completely automatic and includes the following steps:
1. loading of the joint,
2. bayonet shearing,
3. journalling,
4. riveting,
5. pin point,
6. bending of the bayonet.
The working process of the machine is electronically controlled.
This machine consists of a steel boxlike structure equipped with upper working surface including all the stations of this machine:
ST1 - loading of the joint with vibrating unit,
ST2 - bayonet shearing,
ST3 - journalling,
ST4 - riveting,
ST5 - pin point,
ST6 - bending of the bayonet,
TR - rotating head with n. 6 pincers,
FB - coil of feed wire for bayonet,
FR - coil of feed wire for rivet.
