The machine is equipped with two reels, one with a free movement which supports the hank, the other one (motorized) which rewinds the wire after the design has been completed.
This machine can alternate designs or engravings on hollow, solid or gold plated tubes and wires. Is possible to set the length on the designed side independently from the smooth side automatic opening system of mandrel which allows the alternation, on the same profile of both the smooth patterned sides.
The mandrel speed can be varied giving the oppotunity to design a minimum of 1,5mm to a maximum depending the customers requirements.
Motorized machine built in steel, equipped with a support bed, for engraving and rolling wires. Possibility to supply the machine with electronic guide for hollow wires.
