FUNCTIONS AND PARTS OF TUBE FORMING PROFILING MACHINE
This TUBE-FORMING PROFILING MACHINE is planned to produce welded metal tubes of any dimension and shape/section starting from metal plate. In order to carry out the above mentioned procedures this machine is equipped with nr.04 pair of rolls with adjustment handwheel and welding unit. The start plate must have a fixed width for the whole of its length so as to allow the best quality of the produced tube.
The welding of the tube is performed through fusion by means of an electro-welding machine (accessory). In order to avoid oxidation, the welding environment must not contain any oxygen; to this end one has to use an inert gas like ARGON.
